- This portal is ONLY for documents that are to be notarized. Please DO NOT upload ID credentials or other personally identifiable documents if they are not the documents to be notarized.
- Only .pdf files are accepted.
- Name each file in the format of: last name and first name initial (without any spaces), an underscore (_), today’s date in the format YYYYMMDD, another underscore (_), and a sequence number (1 for the first file, 2 for the second, and so on). For example, if your name is Jane Smith and today’s date is January 15, 2022, the file would be named SmithJ_20220115_1.pdf. A second uploaded file would be named SmithJ_20220115_2.pdf
- The maximum file size allowed is 12 MB.
Your document(s) and data are securely protected by end-to-end Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, and will not be shared with any person or entity that is not a necessary party to your notarization. Your privacy is also protected under the provisions described in Main Line Notary’s privacy policy.
